SubPadel retains full ownership of the court throughout the subscription term. This means zero asset risk for you — and no large item on your balance sheet.
You are responsible for preparing a flat, level surface with adequate drainage for outdoor courts. SubPadel handles everything else — delivery, installation, and commissioning.
From enquiry to installation typically takes 6–10 weeks depending on site readiness and current lead times. Underwriting decisions are made within 48 hours of receiving your application.
At the end of your term you can renew your subscription, upgrade to a newer model, or arrange for the court to be collected. There is no obligation to purchase.
Maintenance costs are structured as a transparent pass-through — you know exactly what servicing costs with no hidden mark-up from SubPadel. Your court comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
